WARRANTY, RETURN & EXCHANGE

Only Little Ribbon’s handmade products are covered by a three-month warranty. All other products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We only accept refunds and exchanges for incorrect orders within 7 days of receiving the item(s). All handmade and non-handmade items are rigorously inspected before being shipped to you; therefore, damaged or lost items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced. 

We sincerely apologize if the product you received did not match the one you ordered. If an incorrect item has been delivered to you, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving the product. And we will send you further instructions on how to proceed. Remember to take photos of your order. Little Ribbon will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If you request a refund, it will be processed through Paypal.

Refunds and exchanges can only be accepted if:

You request a refund and exchange within 7 days of receiving your order

Your purchase was made through our official ONLINE SHOP

You provide proof of purchase

You send the item to our warehouse

All items, must be protected in secure packaging when you return the item

Products damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Products returned are subject to evaluation and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the requirements.

We have the right to reject your warranty request if you do not follow our return process. 

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrong product(s). Tell us your full name, order number, and specify which product(s) arrived incorrectly. Don’t forget to take photos of your order and products, and send them to us. Please specify if you would like an exchange or refund.

In case of any exchange, you will be informed about the availability of the products. If the item you want is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the original product you purchased after receiving the product(s) in our warehouse. Remember that all collections are handmade and manufactured with an exact amount of jewelry components, there may be no more stock of the model you want. 

  1. Kindly wait for our response. We will analyze your case, and if it was our fault, we will send you a return form with the details and address for returning the incorrectly delivered product(s). Remember that Little Ribbon is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  2. Please return the incorrect items in their original packaging and unworn condition to our warehouse. Please return the package via a tracked service. Please conserve the proof of postage for your records until we confirm via email that we have received your parcel. 
  3. Upon receiving the products in our warehouse, we must ensure they are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  4. Depending on the condition of the wrong product(s), the original product will be exchanged according to availability. Alternatively, if the item you want is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the original product via PayPal.

If you do not request a refund and exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject your return and exchange request.

Little Ribbon does not accept returns or exchanges due to product color or sizes. We try to accurately adjust the product’s color on our social media pages and in our online store. However, please keep in mind that based on your monitor’s settings, the product’s actual color may appear slightly different. 

Warranty only covers manufacturer defects on Little Ribbon’s handmade products. We’re confident in the quality of our products, so we offer a three-month warranty from the date you receive your order for defects caused by the workmanship of the jewelry. 

Our warranty does not cover:

  1. Any damage to jewelry caused by improper care, neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear. 

Damage from normal wear and tear include scratches, tarnishing, fading of metals and gemstones, and exposure to chemicals such as body lotions, make-up, gels, hair spray, and perfume, as well as acid, alcohol, and water. Additional examples of damage caused by improper care, neglect, or abuse comprise jewelry being hit by a heavy object and hard surfaces or excessive force resulting in deformed rings, huggie hoop earrings, and ear posts.

  1. Lost jewelry parts, such as rhinestones, pendants, charms, glass beads, CZ stones, or natural gemstones that can fall out.
  2. Damage to glass or stones due to neglect, abuse, or wear and tear. This includes glass beads, glass pendants, reconstituted beads, cubic zirconia crystals and glass, semiprecious stones, and natural stones. All these types of glass and stones may be subject to breaking or chipping with impacts.
  3. Any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Little Ribbon
  4. Sale items, a gift set, a goodie bag, a freebie, or non-jewelry
  5. Non-Little Ribbon handmade products 

A warranty can only be accepted if:

Your handmade Little Ribbon product presents manufacturer defects within the first three months from the date you received your order

You provide proof of the manufacturer defects

Your handmade Little Ribbon product has not been damaged by improper care, neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear

You submit a warranty claim within the first three months from the date you received your order

Your purchase was made through our official ONLINE SHOP

You provide proof of purchase

The item is in its original packaging and protected in secure packaging when you return the item 

You send the impacted product to our warehouse for quality assurance review and testing.

Products damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or warranty submission.

Products returned are subject to evaluation and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or warranty submission if they do not meet the requirements.

We have the right to reject your warranty request if you do not follow our return process. 

Before submitting a warranty claim, verify that your product fits all of the specifications listed above. Otherwise, your claim will be automatically rejected.

  1. Please contact us. Tell us your full name, order number, and detailed description of the handmade Little Ribbon product that presents manufacturer defects. Don’t forget to take photos of your order and products, and send them to us. Please specify if you would like a repair or refund.
  2. Kindly wait for our response. We will analyze your case, and if the product shown in photos has any sign of presenting manufacturer defects, we will send you a return form with the details and address for returning the product.
  3. If your warranty request is accepted, please send the impacted product to our warehouse within the next 7 days.
  4. Please return the impacted item in their original packaging to our warehouse. Please return the package via a tracked service. Please conserve the proof of postage for your records until we confirm via email that we have received your parcel. 
  5. When the products arrive at our warehouse, we must confirm that the product is in their original packaging and undamaged during transportation. The impacted product will be tested and reviewed for quality assurance. Depending on the outcome of the review, your request for repair or refund will be approved.
  6. Depending on the condition of the product(s), the warranty will be applied, and the damaged part(s) repaired. Remember that Little Ribbon is responsible for any return shipping costs. If a repair is not possible due to the material availability, the full price of the impacted product will be refunded via Paypal.
